Our Team.

KC earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont in 2020 and has been a personal trainer since 2015. Most recently, she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), further solidifying her expertise in strength-based rehab and performance training.

With this background, it’s no surprise that KC is passionate about bridging the gap between rehabilitation and strength & conditioning. Her mission is to empower athletes to take ownership of their physical, mental, and social well-being — and to build resilient bodies that support both performance goals and long-term health.

KC is an avid CrossFitter and former multi-sport athlete, having competed in volleyball, track and field, and lacrosse. And while she’s humble about it… word on the street is she has a pretty mean pickleball game
